| Peace in
the Hebrew is not a green meadow with blue skies. It's having
nothing missing, nothing broken in your life. Your relationships
are not broken, either with God or with mankind, your finances have
nothing missing, your family has nothing missing or broken, your
health has nothing missing or broken, your whole life is complete.
Now read these scriptures with that definition in mind. 2PE 1:2 Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the
knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
2PE 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness
through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that
through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption
in the world caused by evil desires.
2PE 1:5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness;
and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to
self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness,
brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. 8 For if you possess these
qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and
unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But if anyone does
not have them, he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been
cleansed from his past sins.
2PE 1:10 Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and
election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall, 11 and you will
receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ.

every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. 15 Bear in
mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul
also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. 16 He writes the same way in
all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some
things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort,
as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
JAS 3:17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then
peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial
and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.

the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient,
bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the
Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit-- just as
you were called to one hope when you were called-- 5 one Lord, one faith, one
baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in
all.
EPH 2:14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed
the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by abolishing in his flesh the
law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself
one new man out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in this one body to
reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their
hostility. 17 He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to
those who were near. 18 For through him we both have access to the Father by one
Spirit.
GAL 6:12 Those who want to make a good impression outwardly are trying to compel
you to be circumcised. The only reason they do this is to avoid being persecuted
for the cross of Christ. 13 Not even those who are circumcised obey the law, yet
they want you to be circumcised that they may boast about your flesh. 14 May I
never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the
world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 15 Neither circumcision nor
uncircumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation. 16 Peace and mercy
to all who follow this rule, even to the Israel of God.
GAL 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things
there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful
nature with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us
keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and
envying each other.

acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy your brother for whom Christ died.
16 Do not allow what you consider good to be spoken of as evil. 17 For the
kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness,
peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, 18 because anyone who serves Christ in this
way is pleasing to God and approved by men.
RO 14:19 Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to
mutual edification. 20 Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All
food is clean, but it is wrong for a man to eat anything that causes someone
else to stumble. 21 It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything
else that will cause your brother to fall. RO 8:5 Those who live according to
the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those
who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit
desires. 6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the
Spirit is life and peace; 7 the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not
submit to God's law, nor can it do so. 8 Those controlled by the sinful nature
cannot please God.
RO 8:9 You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit,
if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of
Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10 But if Christ is in you, your body is
dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 And
if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who
raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through
his Spirit, who lives in you.
RO 5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with
God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith
into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory
of God. 3 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know
that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character,
hope. 5 And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love
into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
RO 2:5 But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are
storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God's wrath, when his righteous
judgment will be revealed. 6 God "will give to each person according to what he
has done." 7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and

who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. 9 There
will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the
Jew, then for the Gentile; 10 but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does
good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 11 For God does not show
