1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 TBS. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 TSB. oil
food coloring
unsweetened Kool-Aid packet, optional, for scent

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid with food coloring. Combine in pan over medium heat until it is the consistency of playdough. You should be stirring it all along.  Empty dough out onto a sheet of wax paper. Knead briefly when cool.  Enjoy!
