CHEC is a volunteer, non-profit organization committed to connecting home school families in Victoria and surrounding areas. CHEC provides the opportunity for fellowship, socialization, support and informational exchange among home schooling families by...organizing and assisting our members in organizing classes, social events, group activities, field trips, etc. exchanging curriculum and resource ideas because we understand that all children are not alike in every aspect of education, especially in terms of teaching material and methods of learning; partnering new home school families with seasoned home school families who can assist in curriculum choices, organization, resources, etc.

ECCHO(Ellis County Christian Homeschool Organization) is a multi-denominational Christian support group for homeschooling families in and around Ellis County, Texas, and was founded in 1987. We currently have about 50 member families with children ranging from infants to high schoolers. Our goal is to provide support, information, and opportunities to local homeschooling families in an environment that is supportive of our faith. We typically offer co-op classes during the fall and spring, monthly mom's nights out, and a variety of field trips and community activities.

T.) exists to provide encouragement, support with resources, fellowship, and group learning activities to all persons or families who desire to home school their children or be involved in home school support. H. E. A. T. also serves to promote communication of vital and legal information among home schooling families.

Our list has a singular purpose and subject, all posts must be related to or about home schooling. Wimberley Homegrown Homeschoolers (WHH) is a small active homeschool support group geared toward families with elementary aged (5.5yrs. - 14.5yrs.)children or younger in Wimberley, Texas and surrounding areas. We are an inclusive, social, open group to homeschoolers and families of all kinds and believe you will find we have more in common than not. Our goal is to help provide an opportunity for families with younger homeschooling children to connect and meet and hopefully make long lasting friendships. There are homeschool support groups with wider ranges of ages, but we feel that by focusing on our elementary aged child(ren) and younger siblings, we can center our attention on their tender needs as well as the needs of our parents.
The goals of Homewood Christian Association are: 1. To glorify the Lord Jesus Christ in all our activities and communications. 2. To provide opportunities for families to support and encourage one another in our efforts to teach at home. 3. To offer educational and social opportunities for our children: field trips, Project Fair, and other activities. 4. To establish a link in a chain for information to be passed on to individual home school families from local, state and community-wide organizations.
